Training and Capacity-building

We recognize that knowledge and skills are essential in improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. As such, the we provide our members with training and capacity-building programs to enhance their knowledge and skills in various aspects of farming. The training covers topics such as crop management, and financial management.

Members are taught the best farming practices, such as crop rotation, proper use of fertilizers and pesticides, and effective and other farming techniques. Financial management training includes topics such as budgeting, record-keeping, and basic accounting. The capacity-building programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of the farmers, with the aim of helping them increase their productivity, improve their incomes, and achieve long-term sustainability.

Additionally, we also train our members on financial management to help them manage their finances and investments. This includes training on bookkeeping, record-keeping, budgeting, and other financial management skills. We also offer capacity-building programs to our members, which focus on developing leadership and organizational skills. Through these programs, members are empowered to take on leadership roles in the cooperative and participate in decision-making processes.
